1.  When starting PlayStation 3 ,, It was showing the message "Press PS button to continue". After pressing the continue below image message was displaying.

    

2. The Second step you have to do is put you Playstation 3 in the Recovery mode . 

Instruction : Press the Power button the , when the Light will turn into Orange then again PRESS and HOLD the POWER you will hear One BEEP keep holding the power button , you will hear TWO BEEPS then release the Power button , The Screen will appear like this .

First select the Option number 2 "Restore Default Settings" . The PlayStation will restart .

3.  If the System is still Displaying the same error then you have to UPDATE you System Firmware .

() Download Latest firmware from SONY website . or this LINK 

() Once Firmware is downloaded , Take USB size 512MB + 

() Create Folder name " PS3" in USB 

() In "PS3" folder create another folder "UPDTAE"

() Copy the "PS3UPDAT.PUP" in UPDATE folder

4. Insert the USB in the PS3 and turn on the PlayStation 3 , Press the PS button when the message displayed "The system software cannot be run correctly. Press the PS button to try to restart the system" error complete guide".

Then Press START + SELECT .

The system will start checking, after few minutes the display will change and start installing like the image below.

5.  The system will restart will now another screen, now this time no previous error message will appear . select accept the license Agreement and Finish the process . 

Note : Please do not turnoff the PS3 or remove the USB from the Playstation .  

6. The system will restart for the last time and you will the Brand new screen of the PlayStation Home screen . Now you have succefully fixed the error and start working with you old games.
